Compatible, independently manufactured
All products offered by Security ID Systems are compatible credentials — independently manufactured and encoded by specification to function with the referenced systems. They are not OEM-branded goods, and they are not sold or represented as such. Where you see a brand name on this site, it identifies the system a credential is compatible with; the brand is used as an adjective, never as the product itself.
Trademarks & independence
All brand and product names referenced on this site — including but not limited to every manufacturer named on our brand and format pages — are trademarks of their respective owners. Security ID Systems is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies. References to their formats are descriptive, for the sole purpose of indicating compatibility.
Open formats vs secured credentials
For open and read-only formats, we encode a compatible credential that presents the same data your readers already accept. For credentials secured with strong encryption — such as MIFARE DESFire (AES), HID Seos, and HID iCLASS SE and Elite — the keys stay under the system owner's control by design. For those, we supply compatible blank credentials on the matching chip platform — including genuine NXP DESFire — for your own system to enrol. We don't overstate what a compatible credential can do, and we tell you which path applies to your format before you order.
Authorized use
We supply compatible credentials for access you are entitled to use — replacing, adding to or expanding credentials for your own property, tenancy, facility or organization. We decline requests we cannot legitimately fulfil, and we exclude federal and government identity credentials entirely.
Compatibility confirmation
Because the catalogue spans hundreds of formats, every order begins with a compatibility check. We confirm the frequency, data structure and — where it applies — your facility code and card-number range before production, so the credential you receive reads correctly on your existing equipment.
