How the compatible Hotek HTK Smart (Ultralight C) works
The Hotek HTK Smart (Ultralight C) is a 13.56 MHz high-frequency contactless credential read over the ISO/IEC 14443 air interface. Its data structure is Hotek Smart 'CSMART' encoding on Ultralight C; 3DES. When you present a credential, the reader decodes that exact structure and passes it to your access-control panel as a card number it recognises.
