How the compatible Inner Range SIFER (DESFire EV3 4K) works
The Inner Range SIFER (DESFire EV3 4K) is a 13.56 MHz high-frequency contactless credential read over the ISO/IEC 14443 air interface. Its data structure is SIFER 128-bit AES card-to-controller; SIFER Global Encryption Key (SIFER-U/-P stock) or custom Gold-Card key (SIFER-C). When you present a credential, the reader decodes that exact structure and passes it to your access-control panel as a card number it recognises.
