How the compatible Messerschmitt (HM1, Icode SLIX2) works
The Messerschmitt (HM1, Icode SLIX2) is a 13.56 MHz high-frequency contactless credential read over the ISO/IEC 14443 air interface. Its data structure is Messerschmitt HM1 encoding on Icode SLIX2 (ISO 15693). When you present a credential, the reader decodes that exact structure and passes it to your access-control panel as a card number it recognises.
