The Videx Vprox 955-series (4000 Series) is a 125 kHz low-frequency proximity credential — the band most legacy prox readers use. Its data structure is 125 kHz, 32-bit ID; Earlier batch note assumed a closed proprietary set; vendor evidence (PBX-1E 'EM4100 Format 125 kHz', 955/T 'EM Proximity Key Fob') indicates standard EM-family encoding. When you present a credential, the reader decodes that exact structure and passes it to your access-control panel as a card number it recognises.
