Genuine NXP chip technology

NXP chip cards & key fobs

The major lock and access-control brands build their credentials on NXP chips — and so do we. Security ID Systems supplies cards, key fobs and credentials using genuine NXP silicon, encoded by specification for the system you run, at a fraction of OEM pricing. We are independent and not affiliated with NXP.

NXP chip cards — common questions

Do you use genuine NXP chips?

Yes. We build these credentials on genuine NXP silicon — the same chips the major lock and access-control brands use — and encode them by specification for your system. They are independently manufactured access credentials, not NXP-branded retail products. Security ID Systems is independent and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by NXP.

Which NXP-based formats can you supply?

We currently document 29 NXP-based formats, 4 of which are rare formats with no equivalent sold elsewhere online. If the exact NXP-based credential you run isn't listed, send the part number or a sample — we cover more than we publish.

Will these work in my existing system?

Yes, when encoded correctly. We match the chip platform, data structure and — where applicable — your facility code and card-number range, so the credential presents exactly what your readers expect. We confirm compatibility before production.

Need cards built on genuine NXP chips?

Send the part number printed on your card or a photo of the reader. We confirm compatibility before you order — and we cover the specialist formats nobody else lists.
